The coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic has all of us, everywhere, across the entire planet in a fluctuating state of change and uncertainty. We hope you and your loved ones are well and healthy and staying safe.
At Veragua Rainforest, we are following all recommendations from the Costa Rica Ministry of Health and the Government of Costa Rica. As always, our top priority is the well-being of all our customers and our staff, and so we are closing Veragua Rainforest through April 30.
We are taking advantage during this quiet time when no one can travel to do maintenance upgrades. We have a small crew on site for this and to take care of the animals in our wildlife exhibits. Our office staff is working remotely to continue serving all of our customers. Thank you for working with us as we move through this challenging situation together. You can count on us to continue to do our best serving you and keeping you informed. If you have questions, we are here to help.
Our Reservations Department is open to answer inquiries at firstname.lastname@example.org, or by phone at +506 4000-0949.
Our hearts go out to all who have been affected by the coronavirus outbreak, and we are deeply grateful to the thousands of healthcare workers who are on the front lines helping their communities. We hope you will stay at home and be safe during this time. Let’s work together as a global community to do whatever we can to reduce the impact of this virus. Even though worry about the future is great, now is also an opportunity to take time for yourself and to do all the things we never have the time or energy for.
We invite you to continue to dream about the wonders of the Costa Rica rainforest and we’ll be here ready to explore it with you when you’re able to join us.
